Hi I’m Ben! I’m a CFI/CFII based at KAJO. I started my aviation career in my mid-30s after working a desk job for about a decade and haven’t looked back since! I enjoy helping others start/continue their aviation journeys as so many have done for me! I enjoy focusing on real-world experience, helping pilots meet their real-world missions, whether it be a fun hobby, commuting to/from business meetings, or pursuing aviation as a career like I am. PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE (PPL)

Your first pilot certificate! Start training as a student pilot and earn the privilege to fly a single engine airplane in Visual Flight Rules (VFR) weather.

INSTRUMENT RATING (IRA)

Enables flight in weather less than VFR minimums.

COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE (CPL)

Earn money to fly! CPL is required to earn money flying and to get your Instructor Certificates to be able to teach new students how to fly!

BI-ANNUAL FLIGHT REVIEW (BFR) / INSTRUMENT PROFICIENCY CHECK (IPC)

Required to keep your pilot certificates current! Requires some ground and flight training to maintain currency or re-establish currency if it lapsed.

CONTRACT PILOT SERVICES

I offer contract pilot services for Single and Multi Engine planes including; Ferry Flights, Cross-Country Assistance, Time Building Flights. Contact me to discuss any specific requirements.
